Our Assembly is a vibrant and inclusive charity committed to bringing together individuals and organisations actively engaged in voluntary, community, or social enterprise (VCSE) activities across Northamptonshire. Our core mission is to amplify the voices of communities throughout the county, particularly those facing inequalities. With a strong focus on inclusivity and the involvement of individuals with lived experiences, our aim is to foster collaboration, advocate for change, and facilitate seamless coordination within the VCSE sector in Northamptonshire.
Our Objectives:
1. Coordinate and Share Best Practices:
Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and collaborative efforts among our diverse membership.
Identify and champion best practices that enhance the effectiveness of VCSE initiatives.
2. Advocate for Innovative Collaborative Approaches:
Act as a powerful advocate for forging innovative partnerships and collaborative models between VCSE organisations and various stakeholders.
Champion a unified voice in addressing critical issues affecting our communities.
3. Enhance and Expand Support for Vulnerable Populations:
Work collectively and tirelessly to enhance and broaden the range of services and support available to vulnerable populations in Northamptonshire.
Strive to eliminate inequalities and create opportunities for positive transformations within our communities.
